Credit Aid software

Credit Aid Intro

Do you have errors on your credit reports?

Do you have negative accounts listed on your credit reports?

Are you on a tight budget and can’t afford the approximately $50 per month that a credit repair company would charge to do the work for you?

Are you willing to take the time and effort to learn the basics about credit repair, create and mail letters to the credit bureaus, and follow up each month on the status of each issue?

Most people do have issues with their credit reports and most people don’t know all the details about how to fix their credit.

So, they will attempt to fix it on their own with the help of a credit restoration software program or have a credit repair company do it for them

Credit Aid software is one of the only credit repair software programs on the market today.  There are a few other programs available, but except for Credit Repair Magic, the others are so obviously bad that I don’t believe anyone would honestly try to purchase their product.

I think it’s a great product, and I do recommend Credit Aid if you are looking to fix your credit with the help of a credit repair software program.

I recommend Credit-Aid primarily because its easy to use, its have been around for several years, the compnay has a good rating with the Better Business Bureau and because you can’t go too far wrong since a copy of the software only costs $29.95.

Credit Aid Pros

  • They have been in the business of credit repair since 1989
  • One software program which includes everything needed to fix your credit
  • The software program is very simple and easy to use
  • Very inexpensive
  • They have a Better Business Bureau Rating of an “A”

Credit Aid Cons

  • Many of the awards that they claim to have earned aren’t verifiable
  • They only have a conditional money back guarantee

Credit Aid Plans and Prices

You can purchase Credit Aid Home Deluxe version (for 3 users) for just $29.95.

One of the things that I do like about Credit Aid is that they aren’t offering different levels of software like many of the credit repair companies when they offer different levels of service plans. Instead, Credit Aid keeps it simple and offers you one complete product.

Another aspect of Credit Aid that I like is that Home Deluxe version offers several bonus features at no additional price.

Money Back Guarantee

Credit Aid does have a money back guarantee, but most likely you won’t actually get your money back.

Because their terms are conditional and its not easy to qualify for the refund.

They have a 30 day guarantee if there’s a technical issue with the software and their tech support is not able to resolve it.  But you do have to work with them and get them to the point where they admit it’s their software.

They also have a 90 day performance money back guarantee.

For this guarantee, you get your money back if your credit score hasn’t improved during the 90 days.  But you have to send in all of your credit reports, both before and after the 90 days in order to prove it.

Customer Support

While I believe that most people won’t need their support since the software does run well and is pretty simple to use, their support should still be reliable when you need them.

I have attempted to contact support on more than one occasion.  Support is handled by email, but their response to my support requests were fast and helpful.

Credit Aid Conclusion

Credit Aid Software is a good product overall. It’s easy to use and it’s very inexpensive. It also has a lot of extra information and bonus material for you to benefit from, if you really want to learn about the details of credit repair.

However, its still software, so you still have to do the work, even if its helping you through the process.  Be honest with yourself and if you know you will dig in and do the work each month until your credit is fixed, then buy it now.

If you have doubts about your level of commitment, or you just plain want someone else to take care of it, then look at my review of the best credit repair company, Sky Blue Credit.

Then choose the software or company that’s best for you and go ahead and get started.

I give Credit Aid 5 out of 5 stars.
